  • What You Bring :
  • Proven track record as a
  • senior operations executive
  • (COO, EVP, or divisional President / GM) in
  • construction, contracting, industrial services, or infrastructure sectors
  • Minimum
  • 15+ years progressive leadership experience
  • , with
  • multi-division, multi-sector oversight
  • Strong background in
  • construction operations, large-scale project delivery, and contracting services
  • Demonstrated success in
  • business transformation, growth initiatives, and operational scaling
  • Experience with
  • equipment management, energy systems, and / or security technology
  • is highly advantageous.
  • Financial acumen with experience in
  • budgeting, P&L oversight, and strategic investment decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
