Description de poste
Sous la responsabilité immédiate du Superviseur Designer Cuisiniste - Secteur Particulier, le Designer Accueil accompagne et conseille les visiteurs en succursales, répond et achemine les appels téléphoniques et effectue diverses tâches de bureau.
Le Designer Accueil doit détenir des connaissances approfondies relatives aux matériaux d’armoires, aux comptoirs, à la quincaillerie et aux services offerts par Armoires Cuisines Action.
Profil recherché
Aime le service à la clientèle, courtois, méthodique, autonome, bonne communication et a un bon esprit d’équipe.
Tâches principales
- Accueillir les clients et toutes autres personnes qui se présentent à la succursale
- Converser avec les clients afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont satisfaits du service offert
- Comprendre les besoins et les attentes des clients afin de les accompagner vers la personne ou le service approprié
- Assister le client et prodiguer des conseils sur le choix des couleurs, du style, des finis et des matériaux, des revêtements de sol et muraux, de l'éclairage intérieur et extérieur, des mobiliers et autres objets en tenant compte des principes d'ergonomie et d'hygiène professionnelles
- Tenter d’aider chacun des clients en répondant à leurs besoins aux différentes étapes du processus d’achat
- Veillez à offrir la meilleure expérience client
- Fournir les renseignements généraux demandés en personne ou par téléphone
- À l’aide d’un système téléphonique, répondre au téléphone, filtrer les appels et les acheminer, prendre les messages, s’il y a lieu
- Vendre différents ajouts afin de répondre aux besoins des clients
- Compléter les différents rapports informations sur une base quotidienne
- Aider l’équipe lors d’événement corporatif
- Gérer l’inventaire et la présentation de la boutique
- Accomplir diverses tâches de vente et de service à la clientèle
- Toutes autres tâches connexes
Pré-requis
- Bienvenue aux étudiants en design!
- DEC en design ou formation jugée équivalente en voie de réussite
- Bonnes connaissances dans le domaine de la construction et des armoires
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
- Bonne connaissance informatiques (Excel et Word niveau intermédiaire)
- Être disponible de soir et de fin de semaine
