Maintenance Supervisor
Our client is recognized around the world for their superior product quality and constant pursuit of excellence and we are looking for an experience Maintenance Supervisor in Calgary , AB for them.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly managing a team of skilled maintenance professionals and will have responsibility for the safe and efficient maintenance of plant equipment and facility.
Responsibilities :
- Help to manage and oversee the preventative maintenance program
- Build strong relationships with the staff within the plant as well as external customers
- Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations and municipal bylaws
- With the Maintenance Manager prepare the annual department budget
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement initiatives in plant processes
- Minimize waste and plant mechanical downtime
