About the Role
Step into the role of Senior Program Manager and become the driving force behind one of ATCO’s most ambitious technology transformations. In this pivotal position, you’ll orchestrate complex, cross-functional technology projects that shape the future of the organization. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to lead diverse teams, collaborate with business leads and vendors, and turn bold ideas into reality. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving complex technology initiatives to successful completion, shaping project success by crafting clear project charters, building robust work plans, and ensuring all technical and business requirements are tracked, validated and delivered. Your project leadership will shine as you help lead key meetings, provide transparent updates to executives and sponsors, and keep everyone aligned on goals, timelines, and outcomes. What sets this role apart is the chance to bridge business needs with innovative technical solutions. You’ll translate vision into action, manage resources with precision, and maintain clear oversight of program budgets to ensure financial alignment throughout the project lifecycle. By fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, anticipating risks and issues, embracing change, and championing open communication, you’ll ensure every program is delivered with excellence, compliance, and lasting impact.
