Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior Project Manager will lead with expertise, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, driving the success of our projects and contributing to the advancement of our organization within the industrial sector.

What you’ll be working on

  • Developing comprehensive project plans tailored to civil requirements, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales, bid development, and delivery of high-value, complex energetics research, and development programs for specific clients.
  • Develop and maintain program and project systems to ensure accurate finance and resource management, aligned with customer requirements and contract milestones.
  • Overseeing all phases of project execution, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Leading strategic initiatives to secure industrial projects, demonstrating expertise and credibility within the industry.
  • Ensure project governance, commercial approval of bids and purchase orders, senior stakeholder management, and portfolio-level scheduling.
  • Manage projects involving non-standard technical processes and high levels of risk due to hazardous activities, ensuring effective management of change, risk, and opportunities.
  • Ensuring successful project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Presenting regular finance and progress reports to the upper executive, stakeholders and government regulators.
  • Maintaining stringent health, safety, and environmental standards, exceeding regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular project status reviews and resource schedule meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Striving for a zero lost time accident record and ensuring meticulous project administration and contract management.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on leadership experience in the construction industry, with a focus on civil / industrial projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, showcasing strong project delivery capabilities.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and value-added constructability practices.
  • Experience working in joint venture settings during both preconstruction and construction phases.
  • Proven ability to ensure project profitability, retain clients, and drive business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of influencing, mentoring, and coaching team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with frequent changes, displaying adaptability and resilience.
  • Commitment to recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, delegating responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
