Hybrid position (office located in Laval)We are not looking for freelancers or agencies. this is a part time permanent employment.Overview : We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator / admin with 2-3 years of digital marketing background.This role will involve a variety of tasks, including assisting with the development of marketing materials, conducting research, and supporting the execution of marketing projects.The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to both short-term and long-term marketing efforts and provide valuable insights for decision-making.Key Responsibilities : Assist with the creation of marketing materials and toolsCoordinate and organize materials for promotional eventsHelp manage and support the introduction of new products and servicesAssist with the development of promotional materials and campaignsMaintain relationships with external vendors and service providersParticipate in new project planning and implementationCoordination of Digital Activities : Manages and updates company website content and coordinates calendar for social media platforms.Analyzes performance using analytics tools and implements strategies to improve digital performance and drive new opportunities.Coordinates e-mail marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and content creation.Track and Measure Campaign Performance : Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and Facebook Business Manager to monitor and analyze campaign results.Keep up with the latest trends, algorithm and industry best practices to ensure that our strategy remains effective; Forecasting and Planning : Create projections based on historical data to set realistic performance expectations for PPC and paid social campaigns.Skills / Qualifications : Strong skills in research and analysisAbility to create clear and effective presentationsKnowledge in digital marketingExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracy in all deliverablesAbility to work independentlyBilingual : Excellent written and spoken English; basic knowledge of French is an assetSelf-starter with a data-driven approachEducation & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field2-3 years of experience in a marketing and digital marketing roleUnderstanding SEO / SEMSocial mediaDisplay advertising campaignsExcellent analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skills (Bilingual)
