Responsibilities
- Work safely to prevent electrical contact incidents or personal injuries and adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations
- Utilize TDR waveform and RF locating equipment for cable testing and analysis
- Operate cable injection equipment for repair and rejuvenation activities
- Perform electrical craftwork according to quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Journeyman Lineman certificate
- Familiarity with underground line work, including fault location and repair
- Strong craftwork skills, including splicing and terminations
- Ability to read circuit maps and basic computer skills
- Understanding of basic construction skills and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety and a safe work record
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
