Role Description

The Proposal Coordinator will be a key player in a small, dynamic marketing and graphics team. As part of diverse project teams, you will work with different departments and specializations within the firm. Working with senior leadership, you will help determine projects to pursue and build proposal responses that align with Arcadis’s strategic plan. You will be proactive, collaborative, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze inbound proposal requests (RFQ, RFP, EOI, SOA, etc.) and prepare responses.
• Coordinate with proposal leads, technical staff, and marketing / graphics team to produce proposal documents.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the proposal process and create a submission schedule.
• Collect, analyze, and store proposal‑related information; coordinate deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist with final close‑out processes and file management.
• Maintain and update CRM and content library with high‑quality content.
• Provide non‑technical writing support and editorial oversight, including copy‑writing and editing.
• Ensure proposals adhere to the company’s editorial and brand standards.

Salary

Salary range : $55,000 – $60,000 annually.
