Resortsof the Canadian Rockies Inc. are looking to fill the full-time winter seasonalGriz Kids Centre Assistant Supervisor position at Fernie Alpine Resort. TheGriz Kids Centre offers combined indoor play and lesson packages for kids aged3-5. Reporting to the Assistant Directorof Snow School, the ideal candidate will be an excellentcommunicator and team player, strong customer service skills and enjoy workingin a fast-paced mountain environment. Experience with Kids programs and the snowsports industry is an asset. YouWill :

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare centre
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety standards
• Work in conjunction with Directors, manage financial aspects of operations including reporting, accounting procedures, and budgets
• Manage staff scheduling and conducting performance evaluations
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns from parents or staff
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance and incident reports
• Play and engage with kids during indoor time
• Responsible for making sure ratio targets are met
