We are a market leader in oil and gas processing specializing in facilities design for natural gas, conventional oil, heavy oil, carbon capture, and new energy projects. Summary :

We are seeking a Junior Quality Coordinator to support the consistent and effective execution of quality activities across the organization. This role provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support for corporate and project-level quality processes, including documentation control, audit support, reporting, and tracking of quality findings.

Working under the guidance of the Intermediate Quality Lead and Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator assists project teams in applying quality requirements, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position is well suited to someone early in their quality or project coordination career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced EPC or project-based environment.

The Quality Coordinator contributes to maintaining quality standards, promoting quality awareness, and supporting the implementation of lessons learned while developing practical experience in quality systems and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the implementation and adherence to quality systems, procedures, and processes
• Assist with maintaining and updating the SharePoint-based Quality Management System
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project-specific Quality Plans
• Assist with QA / QC activities on projects, as directed by the Quality Lead
• Help track quality findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions to closure
• Support quality metrics collection and reporting for projects
• Assist in the coordination of internal and project audits, including schedules, checklists, and documentation
• Support the distribution and control of QMS documentation
• Assist with lessons learned data entry, maintenance, and coordination
• Support quality training, onboarding, and awareness initiatives
• Work with project teams and departments to ensure proper storage and retrieval of quality documentation
• Provide general quality coordination and administrative support to project teams
