e coordonnateur.trice santé et sécurité assidu.e et organisé.e pour joindre leur équipe dans l'usine. Son mandat sera de maintenir et de poursuivre l’implémentation et l’administration du programme de santé et sécurité de l’usine incluant tous les aspects de la prévention des accidents.
Le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable de :
- Coordonner les activités de SST, mesures d'urgence, comité de SST, formations de sécurité, audits, etc.
- Élaborer et mettre en place des politiques et des procédures en matière de santé et sécurité au travail ainsi que des programmes de prévention.
- Conseiller et supporter, au quotidien, les opérations dans l'application du programme SST en effectuant des visites d’usine quotidiennes.
- Effectuer des analyses d'accident.
- Mettre en place des mesures correctives.
- Promouvoir la culture santé et sécurité auprès des gestionnaires et des employés.
- Promouvoir la prévention et l'adoption de comportements sécuritaires par le biais de communications et d’activités (campagnes de prévention, capsules, articles, etc.
et en assurer la diffusion
- Donner de la formation sur la santé et la sécurité (nouveaux employés, cadenassage, etc) et ce, à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
