Job Opening : Front Desk / Receptionist
Location : Kitchener, ON
Pay : $18 / hour
Position : Full-Time
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team in Kitchener! If you're a professional with great communication skills and a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
- Handle any other clerical or administrative duties as required.
Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
