As a personal trainer, your role is to take charge of the training and lifestyle of different types of clients. Be it through individual, semi-private or group supervision, you are required to make sure the clients progress and achieve their objectives by promoting the products and services provided at Nautilus Plus. This position provides autonomy in managing your clientele and organising your work schedule while allowing you to act as an agent of change in the lives of your clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage training programs and lifestyle guidance for clients across individual, semi-private, and group sessions.
• Track client progress and adjust plans to help achieve objectives.
• Promote and integrate Nautilus Plus products and services within client programs.
• Operate with autonomy in managing your clientele and scheduling.
• Act as an agent of change in clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (minimum of 30 credits) in the physical activity field (physical education, kinesiology, sports therapy, sports intervention, etc.)
• Training experience and knowledge
