Our client, a Single-Family Office located in Mississauga is looking to hire an Investment Analyst to add to their growing team! This is a newly created role with lots of potential to grow with the company and an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the acquisition process.

As an Investment Analyst, you will model and analyze potential investment opportunities, work on acquisitions and assist with integrations as well as support the operating companies.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough research and due diligence to bolster the formulation of investment strategies and assess prospective investment prospects.
• Develop intricate financial models and craft materials essential for investment appraisal.
• Offer continuous assistance to entities across strategic, operational, and financial initiatives.
• Serve as a primary liaison with external stakeholders such as consultants, legal advisors, and financial associates.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow team members on diverse projects pertaining to our operations and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in investment analysis or similar positions
• Pursuing CPA or CFA
• Strong Excel and Financial Modeling skills
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively in a small company setting where you will have an opportunity to work on all aspects of company acquisitions.
• Above average interpersonal and communication skills
