Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Scouting Maestro :

Source, recruit, and engage top-tier talent by leveraging creative sourcing strategies and developing a network of potential candidates.

Business Development Dynamo :

Cultivate and expand client relationships through a combination of outreach, networking events, and innovative business development strategies.

Creative Connector :

Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns and branding initiatives to attract top talent and elevate our employer brand.

Client Relationship Cultivator :

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong, lasting partnerships.

Strategic Collaborator :

Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment and business development strategies with company goals, fostering a collaborative and cohesive environment.

Fun Advocate :

Infuse the recruitment and business development process with a touch of fun from engaging candidate experiences to memorable client interactions.

Metrics Maven :

Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment and business development metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.

Qualifications : Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment and business development, with a track record of successful placements and client acquisitions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the traditional recruitment and business development box.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is an asset
