Senior Electrical Engineer

Mission
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Energy and Resources team. You will be at the heart of projects in renewable energy and transportation electrification across Canada.

You will occasionally work on job sites and with clients to put your skills into practice in the field. This is a hybrid position based in one of our offices in Quebec.
Primary Responsibilities
- Produce plans and specifications for electrical installations for various projects.
- Transport electrification
- Renewable energies (solar, wind, batteries , microgrid )
- Carry out studies of various electrical networks including :
- Short circuit, coordination of protections and arc flash
- Power flow and harmonic emission
- Study of transient phenomena
- Write and review reports, technical advice and plans and specifications
- Support junior and intermediate engineers
Qualifications
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- More than ten (10) years of experience
- Able to transmit knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues
- Experience with EasyPower, ETAP and Matlab software is an asset
- Fluency in both oral and written French
- Fluency in oral and written English. This position requires a fundamental bilingual proficiency, which will enable you to communicate effectively with our various stakeholders, including our customers, partners and cross-sector staff, in both French and English nationally.

- Ability to write clear and well-structured technical reports
- Possess a valid Driver's license
