Jardeg is actively recruiting for a Trades Recruiter supporting the Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the Trades Recruiter plays a key role in supporting high ‑ volume talent attraction and full ‑ cycle recruitment activities, ensuring timely and effective sourcing, screening, and hiring of qualified trades professionals while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and contributing to ongoing recruitment initiatives.

This is a remote, temporary 3-months contract role

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Lead full ‑ cycle recruitment for high ‑ volume trade roles , including requisition creation, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing support, reference checks, and issuing offer letters
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies by partnering with external agencies, post ‑ secondary institutions, industry associations, and community organizations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and project HR teams to understand staffing needs, ensure process compliance, and provide guidance on labour standards
• Participate in recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, road shows, targeted advertising, and market research to support workforce planning and talent attraction
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases while providing regular reporting, updates, and alignment with manpower forecasts to the Recruitment Lead / Manager
