Job Description

Our member is a fast‑growing construction company seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media & Content Manager . This role focuses on capturing authentic content on construction sites, building a strong online presence, and keeping our digital platforms fresh and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation (On‑Site) : Regularly visit active job sites to capture photos, videos, and stories showcasing project progress, craftsmanship, and team culture.
• Social Media Management : Develop, plan, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Website Management : Update project portfolios, blog posts, and company news on the website (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Community Engagement : Interact with followers, respond to messages, and build a strong digital presence for the brand.
• Marketing Campaigns : Collaborate with leadership to design and execute campaigns supporting sales, hiring, and community engagement.
• Analytics & Insights : Track campaign performance, provide monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
