Position : Night Shift Medical Device Assembler
Location : Ottawa West
Salary : Starting at $22.22 per hour
Shifts : Night shift fixed Wednesday / Thursday / Friday nights and every other Saturday night from 6 : 30 p.m. to 6 : 30 a.m.

Requirements :
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and Word
- Problem solving and trouble shooting
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
- Clean criminal record
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
Duties :
- Properly uses equipment and materials
- Assemble raw materials
- Conduct ongoing visual inspection of product during the build based on documented procedures
- Identify problems with raw materials or process and take immediate actions necessary
- Evaluate quality and productivity problems to minimize defects and maximize throughout
- Make required material changes in a timely manner to minimize lost processing time
- Record accurate, legible data in a timely manner at all points in the process
- Observe all safety and security procedures
- Meet standards with a commitment to excellence
- Look for ways to improve quality
- Consider accuracy, neatness, and adherence to procedures
- Demonstrate a commitment to increase productivity
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Execute other miscellaneous duties as may be required
