Sr. Salesforce Developer – Lead I – Enterprise Solutions
The Sr. Salesforce Developer will analyze and develop applications in the assigned area of responsibility on ERP / CRM systems and design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC / Aura, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Build guided, performant OmniStudio experiences with best-practice caching, filtering, and state management.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture on robust data modeling and platform governance.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP, Bulk API, and Metadata API; leverage ETL tools for data migration.
- Configure and administer Experience Cloud; create reports and dashboards.
- Mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Implement comprehensive unit tests; drive deployment readiness and troubleshoot CI / deploy issues.
- Collaborate with U.S. clients and coordinate daily across onsite–offshore teams.
Qualifications
6+ years in IT with 3–4+ years in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and 2–3+ OmniStudio project implementations.Strong hands‑on with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) and Experience Cloud.Proficient in integrations (REST / SOAP, WSDL, OAuth / SSL), Bulk / Metadata APIs; strong SQL / PL‑SQL and data modeling.Experienced with deployments (Change Sets, ANT, Eclipse / SFDX) and unit testing best practices.Proven U.S. client‑facing experience and onsite–offshore coordination.Certification : Salesforce Platform Developer II (required).Plus : Healthcare payer / insurance; Health Cloud; OmniStudio Developer / ADM‑301 / Architect certs; Vlocity; MuleSoft / Informatica / Boomi; web stack (HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, JS); Java / .NET.Location

Compensation
$95,000 - $119,000
Benefits
Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), paid holidays, and eligibility for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for supplemental healthcare coverage, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
