Location : Greater Hamilton & surrounding areas. Travel within the community is required

Shifts : Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) : 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm or 10 : 00am - 6 : 00pm

No On-Call Required

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Registered Practical Nurse, you’ll play a hands‑on role in the community, visiting clients in homes to deliver personalized, high‑quality care. Your responsibilities will include :

• Pediatric care
• Palliative care
• Wound care
• IV therapy
• Chronic disease management and health teaching
• Supporting clients with tracheostomy and / or ventilator needs (experience is an asset)
• Managing diabetes care (experience is an asset)
