We are an established brokerage under TMG The Mortgage Group and we're looking to expand! We hold Diamond status with most of our lenders.

You wont need to worry about sourcing your own clients, marketing, finding office space, or handling the usual overhead.

At Spring Financial, we provide a steady stream of qualified leads every month, with over 90,000 Canadians applying for financial products through our platform. A strong performer can expect to close 3060 deals in their first year with us.

What you'll be doing:

• Receiving and processing inbound mortgage applications
• Calling clients, collecting documents and guiding them through the process
• Organizing files, documents and preparing contracts
• Liaising with lenders, lawyers, appraisers

What You Should Already Have:

• Licensed or actively enrolled in a licensing course to offer mortgages in BC (BCFSA), Ontario (FSRAO) or Alberta (RECA)
• Work ethic aligning with our fast-paced, growing office
• Learning attitude to absorb the knowledge and expertise of your mentors

Compensation

• New brokers will receive a salary during their probation period while being mentored by an experienced broker team. A minimum wage is guaranteed monthly if commissions do not exceed this amount.
• This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.
