As a Manager / Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to :

  • About you. A blend of talents and skills is required of successful Senior Manager candidates, including :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputable universities
  • 6-10 years for Manager and 10-15 years for Sr. Manager, experience in a consulting firm / strategic planning / industri specific required
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Indonesia
  • Strong leadership and team player, open and positive in a group dynamic
  • Fit in PwC values
  • Proven leadership and expertise in specific industry knowledge or functional knowledge e.g. strategy, supply chain, procurement, etc.
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting
  • Proven experience using Microsoft office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Have previous experience in one or more of the following industries :

  • Consumer & Retail
  • Energy, Chemicals & Utilities

  • Government & Public Sector
