Job Description

Calling all students : Unique opportunity for a university level student in Administration!

The purchasing and procurement department of the NAPA division is looking for a student for the procurement department. As such, you will join a team of 30 people, some of whom are decentralized across Canada.

This service aims to optimize the inventories of both stores (600) and distribution centres (9), by providing inventory assortment recommendations and restocking corporate entities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a university student in administration, operations management (asset), available part-time during the school months and possibly full-time for the summer period.

As such, you will lend a hand to the team by making various adjustments to parameters to generate assortment suggestions.

At times, you may be called upon to check and follow-up with requests with stores or to build and maintain certain databases and analyses, etc.

You should ideally be good at learning new computer systems, have a very good command of Excel, be able to assist and advise clients in both French and English.
