Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Leads to join their product engineering team. This role is tailor-made for individuals who have previously held senior positions, such as Principal or Senior Software Engineer, and are now seeking to contribute their expertise in a hands-on capacity while mentoring others.

As a Technical Lead, the successful candidate will collaborate with software engineers, solution architects, and the product team to oversee the development and maintenance of our client's technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineering Leadership : The Technical Lead guides the technical design and implementation process, aligning it with the product vision and translating requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Code Contribution : They demonstrate advanced proficiency in React.js / Typescript, Node.js, DynamoDB, and other AWS technologies to build scalable solutions.
  • Mentoring and Coaching : The Technical Lead fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product engineering team through mentorship and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related.
  • 9+ years software engineering, 3+ leadership.
  • Proficient in React, Node.js.
  • Extensive AWS experience, event-driven architectures.
  • Deep understanding of design principles.
  • UI / UX design experience, Figma proficiency.
  • Familiarity with serverless infrastructures.
  • Proven expertise in complex integrations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
