Superintendent
We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent for Single Family and Townhomes to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience working as a Superintendent for a large production builder.
The candidate should have a strong background in residential construction, particularly with single family and townhome projects.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process for single family and townhome projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards
- Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their work efficiently and effectively
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent for a large production builder
- Strong background in residential construction, particularly with single family and townhome projects
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools
