Lead UI Engineer

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Lead UI Engineer to join Cyberpunk 2 Team. In this role, you will lead the UI Engineering Team responsible for implementing and maintaining user interface features for the game.

Daily Responsibilities :

• Managing your direct reports and supporting their professional development and career path, including setting up 1 : 1s, performance management, hiring and promotions.
• Working closely with designers, artists and other developers to understand their needs and ensure that your team is aligned with everyone to deliver on expectations.
• Guiding your team to build and enhance UI features.
• Maintaining and optimizing existing systems.
• Creating new features for the user interface framework.
• Implementing tools for UI artists and designers.
• Tracking and fixing bugs in the game user interface and user interface framework.
• Managing and completing tasks effectively and on time, while creating high quality code.

Estimated pay range for this position : $180,100 - $247,600 CAD annually

This role may also be eligible for discretionary stock options.
