Responsibilities :
- Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities
- Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings / specifications, developing Proposals, Securing purchase orders / contracts;
- Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades; and
- Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews
- Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders
Qualifications :
Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering and / or a related field of study with experience in the Fire Protection industry3-5 years experience with design, installation or sales and Project Management experience in Fire ProtectionDemonstrated organizational skillsAbility to collaborate and work effectively within a teamTroy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. offers an excellent compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program with paid sick time.
