SUMMARY :
Merit Services is seeking a Marketing Automation Consultant for our client. The incumbent will provide the marketing team with a combination of both analytical and creative abilities.
They will assist in managing marketing campaigns, ensure efficient promotion across various online channels, and effectively automate repetitive tasks to boost sales through lead conversions.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing campaign execution and project deliverables.
- Collaborating with business partners to create and implement lead management, grading, and scoring optimization recommendations.
- Mentoring and teaching Junior Marketing Solutions Engineers, assisting them in building a foundation of knowledge and best practices.
- Contributing various digital skills to every project and serving as a subject matter expert for marketing in fields like automation.
- Consulting with clients to understand their problems, objectives, and suggestions.
- Advising clients on their next steps, including constructing their ideas and providing optimizations and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3-5+ years of marketing automation, operations, or digital marketing expertise.
- A solid understanding of marketing automation and CRMs (such as Marketo and Salesforce).
- Interpersonal and persuasion abilities to succeed in the team-based environment of Marketing Automation Canada.
- Extensive knowledge of using sales and marketing automation systems.
- Client management experience and the capacity to forge enduring bonds.
- Expertise in data management, lead generation, nurturing programs, scoring models, and campaign execution.
- Thorough familiarity with digital marketing best practices and database administration.
- Excellent focus on detail for QA procedures.
