The Opportunity

We’re looking for a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead and support CRM and / or ERP engagements across the full delivery lifecycle—discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live optimization. You’ll operate in a client-facing environment and be expected to bring structure, clarity, and strong communication to complex stakeholder groups.

This is a remote contract role, but you must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead Dynamics 365 delivery  across CRM and / or ERP workstreams (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance / Operations, Business Central—depending on project needs).
• Run discovery and requirements workshops  to map current-state processes, pain points, and desired future-state outcomes.
• Design scalable solutions  using Dynamics 365 best practices, including security model, data model, workflows, and automation.
• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365  (entities / tables, forms, views, business rules, flows, dashboards, reporting).
• Own client communication and delivery rhythm : status updates, RAID logs, sprint planning (where applicable), and stakeholder alignment.
• Support integrations and data migration , partnering with technical resources to define approach, validate mappings, and ensure quality.
• Drive testing and adoption : UAT planning, test scripts, training materials, enablement sessions, and hypercare support.
• Improve reporting and operational visibility  by building dashboards / KPIs and helping clients establish ongoing governance.
• Contribute to PM61 delivery standards  (templates, playbooks, documentation quality, and repeatable implementation patterns).
