GTM Content Enablement Manager

About the Role

Affirm – Content Enablement Manager within the GTM Enablement team, part of Revenue Operations & Analytics (ROA).

What You’ll Do

• Lead narrative development : Own copy, structure, and creative direction for core pitch materials.
• Deliver actionable competitive insights : Aggregate and synthesize competitive intelligence, produce battlecards and slides.
• Elevate sales content with data : Source and integrate industry research, product metrics, and market data.
• Orchestrate strategic proposals : Manage RFP software, coordinate merchant proposals, and align messaging.
• Partner cross‑functionally : Collaborate with Revenue, Product Marketing, and Analytics.
• Stay ahead of trends : Monitor industry, macroeconomic, and regulatory developments to embed timely insights.

What We Look For

Compensation

Base Pay Grade – L, Equity Grade – 5. Base pay $125,000–$175,000 per year with equity rewards and monthly tech spending as part of total compensation.
