Royal Service Communications is theinformation station of the hotel. Communications Agentsmust answer all internal and external calls completing both staffand guestrequests.
Whatyou will bedoing :
- Answers allcalls to the hotel external and from within the hotelinternal
- Completes guest and colleague requestsincluding connecting the call to another department calling theappropriate person on the radio or locatinginformation
- Provides concierge information toguests as required
- Takes all In Room Diningorders
- Handles guest concerns and follows up toensure satisfaction
- Ensures overall guestsatisfaction while exceeding expectations wheneverpossible
Qualifications :
- Previousswitchboard experience is an asset and / or previous Rooms Divisionexperience
- Typing skills at a minimum 50 wordsper minutes
- Computer skills including basicknowledge of Excel Word required
- Must beresourceful when handling requests forinformation
- Excellent English communicationskills both verbal and written
- Postsecondarydiploma or currently enrolled in Hospitality Program is anasset
