We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Developer with hands-on expertise in SAP Generative AI Hub to design, develop, and operate intelligent applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) .

The ideal candidate has strong experience with SAP AI Launchpad , SAP AI Core , SAP Build Code , and BTP-native integration services, and is passionate about building AI-enabled enterprise applications that integrate seamlessly with SAP and non-SAP systems.

You will work closely with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to enable scalable AI-driven use cases, automate business processes, and extend SAP landscapes with modern cloud-native and generative AI capabilities.

This is a 14 month contract role located in our Vancouver, Canada office.

Responsibilities

• SAP Generative AI Hub designs and develop executions. Integrate 3 rd party or partner-hosted APIs
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Develop custom APIs using SAP Build Code (CAP, Node.js, Java, or ABAP RESTful Programming Model) for SAP and non-SAP consumption
• Build and manage integrations using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration / CPI, API Management)
• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot ABAP programs (OData services, CDS views, BAPI implementations)
• Implement secure and scalable connectivity between SAP S / 4HANA(On-Premise & Cloud), BTP services, and external systems
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimize application performance, ensure code quality, and follow SAP development best practices
• Support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of BTP applications
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
