Sales Administrator (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Hours: Flexible scheduling, Monday–Saturday

We're looking for an energetic, upbeat Sales Administrator who loves keeping things running smoothly and enjoys being at the heart of a busy, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks that keep everything moving
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and organized sales information, perfect for those who love a satisfying, well-structured file.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups, every day brings something different.
- Work closely with other departments to make teamwork your superpower.
- Take on general office duties that help keep the workspace running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of administrative or office experience; greenhouse industry experience is a bonus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel (for those who love formulas that just *work*).
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills, you enjoy connecting with people.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Composed decision-making, even on busy days.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.
- A love of teamwork and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
