Job descriptionProgram and operate 5‑axis (3+2) CNC machines (Hermle experience is a plus) Create and optimize Powermill programs for precision components Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T specifications Plan machining sequences, set up tooling, and configure workholding systems (FPT / FCS knowledge preferred) Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards Perform basic machine maintenance and keep your workspace safe and organized 5+ years of experience as a Powermill Programmer 3–5 years of hands‑on experience programming and operating 3-axis and 5-axis (3+2) CNC machines Familiar with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls Experience with Hermle machines and Erowa pallet systems (asset) Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
