What This Role Is All About

As a Production Assembler, you play a key role on our plant floor by helping manufacture high-quality windows and doors. You will work closely with team members to ensure products meet our standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Production & Quality

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets with high quality and accuracy.
• Assemble windows and doors using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Complete all tasks safely and efficiently while meeting daily production timelines.
• Follow quality control standards and ensure all finished products meet specifications.
