We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and client-driven individual to join our growing team as an Accounting Data Advisor, to assist us in providing service excellence, ensuring all aspects of our clients needs are met and exceeded. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Maintain general ledgers and reconcile accounts
• Post journal entries and update client accounting software
• Handle bookkeeping, bank deposits, A / P, and client payments
• Prepare T4s, GST, and other compliance returns
• Maintain financial records and bookkeeping files
• Generate accounting reports
• Perform clerical tasks as needed
• Collaborate with peers and management on file planning and deadlines
• Provide attentive, personalized client service

Experience with CaseWare, iFirm, Practice Engine and Karbon are considered an asset.
