As the go‑to Salesforce expert for the company, you combine technical know‑how with a problem‑solving mindset, ensuring systems run smoothly and users feel supported. You’re detail‑oriented, adaptable, and confident in translating business needs into smart, scalable solutions while keeping data integrity and compliance top of mind.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain Flows, Lightning Web Components, validation rules, approval processes, and workflow rulesManage data quality – deduplication, imports, mass updates, Data LoaderSupport integrations with third‑party vendors and our loan origination systemTrain and support 50+ end users (from loan officers to processors to management)Document processes and serve as the company’s go‑to Salesforce expertDay‑to‑day administration of Salesforce (users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security, page layouts, record types, etc.)Assist the Product Owner and Senior Salesforce Developer with daily tasks and ongoing Salesforce projectsDocument processes / workflows, collaborate on other automation initiatives as neededEnsure data integrity, security, and complianceCreate custom reports, dashboards, list views, and analytics for lending operations, compliance, and leadershipCreate and maintain auto‑generated PDF and electronic signature templatesSkills Requested
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Visualforce, and SOQLProven experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms via API connectionsMinimum of two years’ experience with SalesforceAbility to translate business requirements into technical requirements is a mustStrong proficiency in English (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and professionallySkills That Would Be Considered Assets

Reporting To : Systems Manager
Full-Time / Part‑Time : Full-time
Hours of Work : 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m., Monday to Friday (hybrid : 4 days in office, 1 day remote). Flexible scheduling on hours may be considered in consultation with your supervisor.
Salary : $90,000-$120,000
