Engineering Division Leader – Civil / Infrastructure Engineering – Ontario

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced, driven, and dedicated Engineering Division Leader (Municipal) to join a highly successful multi-disciplinary engineering group based in the Barrie region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role with a strong focus on business development, project management, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will be a progressive, collaborative and energetic professional engineer with at least 8 years of consulting experience, with a strong engineering leadership background in municipal infrastructure projects.

The variety of work available provides an opportunity to advance your skills and practical experience in a collaborative environment. There are shareholder opportunities available with this role and a company focus on professional development with opportunities for growth within the firm.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development

• Identify and pursue project opportunities in both existing and emerging markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business
• Lead proposal development, including work plans, budgets, and schedules
