    • Responsibilities

      Customer Service Duties include :

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
    • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns by identifying solutions or escalating when necessary.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and service levels are maintained.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and service policies to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Sales Duties may include :

    • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels.
    • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
    • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and product offerings.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
    • Qualifications

    • 2 + years of sales or customer service experience
    • Excellent communication, written and verbal is a must!
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proven ability to problem solve with attention to detail
    • Counter Sales / Inside Sales / Outside Sales experience is welcome
