Heavy Equipment Technician Or Apprentice

Bobcat & Doosan of the Peace (a division of Rentco Equipment Ltd). is a fast-paced local company that has been servicing Grande Prairie and the Peace Country for 60 years.

We are a full line Bobcat dealership as well as the dealership for Doosan Heavy equipment. We boast a strong sales and service team, and a fully stocked parts room.

We are currently looking for a full-time Heavy Equipment Technician (2nd Year Apprentice to Journeyman) to join our Service team.

As the Heavy Equipment Technician, you are responsible for : Troubleshooting and completing diagnostic repairs Completing the installation of new and added on equipment Cleaning, lubricating, and other maintenance work Ordering replacement equipment, parts, and supplies Maintaining a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques You have the following skills and education : Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (or 2nd-4th Year Apprentice);

or equivalent Class 5 drivers’ licence with a clean abstract and the ability to go on service calls when required Experience working on bobcats, loaders, etc.
