Job description2+ years of experience as an IT Technician Experience in a Windows environment Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and anti-virus Leadership and impeccable customer service Have an interest in making the transition to a System Administrator position DEC in computer science or equivalent Bilingualism required (French and English)
Tasks / Responsibilities
The IT Technician will be responsible of providing level 2 technical support to the 500 users of this technology company

- Perform support 80% of the time
- Work in project mode 20% of the time
- Migrate the various computer workstations to Windows 10
- Work within an IT team of 5 people and report directly to the IT Manager
