YOUR ROLE & IMPACT

As a Project Manager / Quotations Specialist , you’ll have the chance to be the driving force behind some of the most innovative lighting projects in the region.

You’ll oversee every phase of the project lifecycle from concept to completion and guide a talented team of Project Coordinators to success.

But that’s not all! You’ll play a critical role in managing quotations and pricing strategies , ensuring competitive, accurate pricing for clients while maximizing profitability.

Collaborating with vendors and clients, you’ll negotiate and secure the best possible terms, helping your projects stay on budget without compromising on quality.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Leading a team of 5-10 Project Coordinators, steering them through project timelines, deliverables, and client interactions.
• Managing project budgets, overseeing quotations, and setting pricing strategies that align with both client expectations and company profitability.
• Collaborating with manufacturers and suppliers to source premium lighting products and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from design through installation.
• Conducting presentations to clients, offering creative lighting solutions that push boundaries.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and technical standards throughout the project.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll need :

• A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction, Design, or a related field.
• PMP certification (or working towards it) is an asset.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a general contractor or building materials company.
• Strong knowledge of the construction process from start to finish.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with proven experience leading teams of 5-10 people.
• Experience in pricing strategies, quotations, and budget management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
