Claims Portfolio Analytics aims to provide insights to the Claims business unit to empower decision-making. CPA democratizes access to data and insights by providing tools to Claims leader and staff (dashboards, etc.) and supports (and teaches) data storytelling as well as data visualizations. CPA provides tactical consulting to Claims management on prioritization as well as project and Intervention planning, including goal / target evaluation / setting (financial and operational).
This opportunity aims to strengthen the team’s analytical capacity by supporting the production and automation of reports for key functions, including Quality Management and Client Engagement. The role involves preparing, validating, and updating recurring reports, diagnosing anomalies, and improving process efficiency. Successful candidate will contribute to the reliability of deliverables and the transition to modern visualization solutions while applying high standards of quality and documentation. This position offers tangible opportunities to create value through data workflow optimization and support for strategic decision-making.

Salary Information
Expected Salary range : $60,574.00 to $100,956.00 CAD
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to : local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and / or business performance, or other business metrics.
