Anne Mulaire is a locally owned boutique and manufacturer in Winnipeg, specializing in high-quality, sustainable fashion . We create eco-friendly garments using ethical practices, serving customers across Manitoba, Canada, and the US .

We are looking for a part-time Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a variety of garments. • Sew bamboo and cotton jersey garments such as jackets, dresses, tops, leggings, pants, and accessories.
• Assemble pre-cut fabric pieces, including pockets, flaps, binding, piping, hoods, sleeves, and linings.
• Inspect fabric pieces before sewing to ensure quality standards.
• Work as part of a collaborative sewing team to meet quality and production goals.
• Assist with pattern adjustments and modifications (such as resizing, grading, or altering existing patterns) when required.
• Maintain health, safety, and company policies in the workplace.
• Experience with industrial sewing machines (single needle, serger, mini-serger, cover-stitch, binding machines) is necessary.
• Prior experience in apparel manufacturing is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of pattern-making or garment construction principles is considered a strong asset.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a good attendance record
