Schedule : 37.5 hours per week

What you need :

Bilingualism to support customers outside the Quebec region

College or university degree in commerce, IT, marketing or similar field

2 years' experience in e-commerce analysis or similar role

Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems accurately

Excellent communication skills to present data clearly and concisely

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, trends and technologies

In this role, you will be responsible for :

Actively participating in the planning and monitoring of projects to ensure their success

Analyzing data related to their online store using tools such as Google Analytics

Monitoring industry trends and competitors' activities to recommend improvements

Collaborating with different teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates

Preparing reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations

Establishing testing strategies, validating solution quality, preparing deployment plans

Designing training materials on the company's e-commerce processes

Acting as an advisor to internal users
