KeyActivities

  • Partner withclients by helping them understand their HR needs and developcustomized solutions that fit theirchallenges.
  • Conduct audits and assessments toidentify areas for improvement and develop strategicplans.
  • Assist clients in preparing andimplementing HR regulations standards employee handbooks &policies and plans to help the organization achieve its goals andobjectives.
  • Act as a handson strategic advisorand participate in designing and implementing HR processes andsystems ensuring compliance with the updated internationalstandards and laws.
  • Review a companys humanresources practices and programs and make plans for strategicchanges.
  • Lead consult and advise with honestyauthenticity and integrity in addressing situations that can bechallenging and interesting
  • Define plan createand implement the tools and resources needed for the organizationto reach its goals
  • Evaluate client needs andassist them with a successful plan
  • Offer yourknowledge about the most relevant business concepts and strategiesof benefit
  • Listen understand analyze evaluateadvise train supportand execute as necessaryto help clientssucceed

Requirements&Qualifications

  • Education& Credentials : Degree in Human ResourcesAdministration or relevant field. SHRM (SHRMCP SHRMSCP) or HRPA(CHRP CHRL CHRE) certificationspreferred.
  • Experience : Significant experience as a senior HR leader (CHROCPO CTO VP or Director of HR / People) with broad scope or specificexpertise in core HR areas : recruitment compensation & benefitstraining & development health & safety employee / laborrelations payroll compliance employee engagement organizationalstructure & design.
  • ProvenExpertise : Bring a rich background of consultingexperience with a preference for those who have led projects thatresulted in significant client benefit and advancements.

Skilled inanalyzing clients concerns identifying issues and offeringpotential solutions supported by proven cases and industrystandards.

Your portfolio should include a range of clients &projects that demonstrate your ability to tackle complex problemsadd demonstrable value and drive forwardlookingsolutions.

Exceptional SoftSkills : Demonstrate outstanding communicationleadership and problemsolving abilities. Excellent verbal andwritten English communication skills.

Able to empathize withclients and work collaboratively. Ability to build rapport withemployees and leadership. Able to host & lead client meetingswith ease professionalism and effectiveness.

Able to multitaskorganize and prioritize. Selfdirected selfmotivated andselfmanaging. Your capacity to adapt to changing client needs andnavigate diverse teams iscritical.

Technical Proficiencyand Innovation : Profound interest in providingcreative and technical solutions and problemsolving.

Knowledge ofrelevant labor and employment laws. Techsavvy with a strong commandof relevant technologies and software with an openness to adoptingnew tools that enhance your practices.

Familiar with GSuite (GmailGDrive GDocs GSheets GSlides) and Microsoft / O365 Suite. Proficientwith relevant HR software and technology : HRIS HCM HRMS ATS LMSetc.
