Web Developer
Position Title : Web Developer
Location : Downtown Toronto (Hybrid 3 days per week)
Duration : 6 months extendable
Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on React, webpack, Redux, and web extensions.
The candidate should also have a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Experience with version control using Git, as well as familiarity with and / or Java, is required.
The candidate should be comfortable working with web services and integrating APIs. Additionally, knowledge of IOS development with Swift and Swift web extensions is preferred.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, along with a strong understanding of development patterns used in web applications.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain web applications using React, webpack, Redux, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in web development.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, webpack, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Familiarity with and / or Java.
- Knowledge of IOS development with Swift and Swift web extensions is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong understanding of development patterns used in web applications.
