Compensation : $23 - $40 hourly, 100% health benefits coverage after 3 months

Responsibilities :

  • You have knowledge and experience installing cabinets and millwork to the company's standard.
  • You are capable of completing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • You are adept at using both hand and power tools.
  • You understand the materials, tools, and equipment used when installing cabinets and millwork.
  • You are proficient in reading and interpreting drawings.
  • You possess your own hand tools and some power tools (other larger tools are provided).
  • You act courteous and aware of safety and cleanliness in the work area.

Qualifications :

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Cabinet / Millwork Installation, Joinery, or Finish Carpentry.
  • You are confident working independently and have the ability to collaborate and work as a team.
  • You have a valid driver's license and your own transportation.
  • You have a good attitude and high commitment levels.
  • You represent the brand by providing quality customer service to clients.
  • You are proactive and comfortable communicating with your team.
  • You have strong attention to detail and have a drive to create a quality finished product.
  • You can remain flexible when faced with ambiguity.
  • You have a high school diploma or completed your GED.
  • Completion of RedSeal is an asset.
  • You have a working cellphone and are able to use company apps.
