Join our team as a NetSuite Administrator! In this role you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs for internal stakeholders for our cloud-based enterprise NetSuite.
The ideal candidate will be based in one of our Home Office locations in Calgary or Vancouver.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Creating configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet business needs
- Creating & updating saved searches & reports to fit the company needs
- Building department dashboards for measuring core KPIs
- Providing on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system
- Driving testing, planning, execution, and optimization support
- Working with end-users to understand business needs to identify best solutions
- Performing day-to-day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities through prioritization of requests
- Implementing and managing workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons / links
- Supporting the configuration, development, and continued evolution of the NetSuite ERP system
- Documenting and refining administrative processes and delegate them to lower levels of support where practical
As The Successful Candidate You Have :
3-5 years experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testingSpecializes in NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerceAbility to support data import process and migrationAbility to maintain NetSuite updatesExperience with Suitescripts and other customization and scripting tools within NetSuiteCan provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite systemFamiliarity with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIsA strong Understanding of billing, payments, A / R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reportingExperience developing, testing, and deploying customizations, custom objects, and third-party applicationsCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and / or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) designations are desirableNetSuite Administrator Certification requiredHow You'll Benefit

FYihealth group aims to create a comprehensive rewards package to attract and retain top talent. The expected compensation for this position is between $99,000 to $120,000 annually considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications. Base pay is just one component of our overall Total Rewards offering.
